Aptitudes is looking for an Office Manager, PA to the director. He/she will be responsible for the follow-up and co-ordination of:
  • Contacts with clients and service providers
  • Press contacts
  • Organisation of press conferences and realization of press files
  • Assistance in the organisation of and active presence at events
  • Updating the website.
Is this your profile?
  • You speak both Dutch and French fluently
  • You are a dynamic and enthousiastic person, you have a fertile imagination and you are both creative and well organised. You take your responsibilities seriously and you are able to work alone. You show initiative when needed, you're a cheerful person and you like human contacts.
  • You are familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Point)
  • You like to write (meeting reports, press releases, correspondence)
  • You have worked in an agency or in the media
  • You have acquired an experience in a marketing or a PR function.

  • Are able to express yourself in English

  • Know something about layout
  • Are familiar with the net.
